How we work
We built our way of working around one principle: use AI everywhere it makes work faster or safer, and keep a named specialist responsible for every decision that matters.
The five stages
Understand the problem before proposing the solution.
We analyse your requirements, systems and data with AI assistance and confirm every finding with you. The output is a brief and a sequenced plan you can act on even without us.
Where AI helps
AI reads documentation, code and data to surface risks and questions early.
Where people decide
A senior lead runs the conversations and owns the brief.
Architecture, interface and data decided together.
Designers and engineers draft architecture, interfaces and data models with AI, then review them against your constraints: security, compliance, budget and the team who will maintain the result.
Where AI helps
AI drafts options, prototypes and documentation in hours.
Where people decide
Specialists choose, simplify and sign off.
Fast, tested, reviewed.
Engineering runs in short cycles. Code is written with AI assistance, covered by generated and hand-written tests, checked for security and reviewed by a senior engineer before it merges. You see progress in your workspace.
Where AI helps
AI drafts code, tests and documentation and flags regressions.
Where people decide
Every change is reviewed and approved by an engineer.
Repetitive work becomes reliable.
Where your operations repeat, we automate them with workflows and intelligent agents, each with a dry run, an audit trail and approval steps for anything consequential.
Where AI helps
Agents classify, draft and act within rules you define.
Where people decide
People approve money, access and customer-facing actions.
Running, watched, improving.
Deployments, monitoring, alerts, backups and billing run automatically in your Cloudrah workspace. Specialists are on call, and the data from operations feeds the next round of improvements.
Where AI helps
Continuous monitoring and automated health alerts.
Where people decide
A team that knows your systems answers the call.
Principles
Progress, costs and decisions are visible in your workspace, not hidden in status meetings.
Least privilege, audited access and reviewed dependencies on every system we touch.
Your repositories, your data, your accounts. We are the operators, not the gatekeepers.
We tell you what AI did and what a person decided. We never present one as the other.
Every change ships with documentation for the people who need it.
One named lead for your engagement, from the first call onward.
Working together
A short call on what shipped, what is next and what needs a decision.
Deployments, health, invoices and support cases, available to your whole team.
Plain-language notes you can forward to leadership without translation.
Reach the people doing the work, not a ticket queue in between.
Start with a conversation
Share the outline. A Cloudrah specialist reviews it, with AI assisting the analysis, and comes back with a clear next step. No templates, no sales scripts.
