Cloudrah legal
Terms of Service
These documents are issued by Flexrah, LLC, the company behind Cloudrah. Questions: support@flexrah.com.
Accounts and security
Cloudrah accounts are created by our team for the people and organizations we work with. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials, two-factor devices and passkeys secure, for every action taken through your account, and for telling us promptly through the support center if you believe your account has been compromised. Organization owners decide who joins their organization and which project roles each member holds; members must only use the access they have been granted.
Hosted services
Servers, websites, applications and related services are provisioned for your projects under a proposal, order or other written agreement with Cloudrah. Each service's price, billing cycle and billing timing are shown in your workspace. We may perform maintenance, apply security updates and replace underlying infrastructure, and we will give notice of planned work that affects availability where practical. You remain responsible for the content, data and software you place on your services and for keeping your own backups where the service does not include them.
Code deployments
When you connect a code repository, you authorize Cloudrah to read it, build it and run the result on the servers in your project, and you confirm that you hold the rights to the code and its dependencies. You are responsible for what the code does, for the licences it carries and for the environment variables you provide, which we store encrypted. Build output is kept so a release can be restored. We may stop or refuse a build or a deployment that breaks these terms, threatens the platform or exceeds the capacity of your plan.
Payments and refunds
Invoices are issued in the currency shown on your billing profile and are due on the date printed on them. All payments for Cloudrah services are final and are not refundable or exchangeable, except as required by applicable law. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; Cloudrah never stores full card numbers. Card statements show the charge as FLEXRAH* CLOUDRAH. Receipts are emailed for every successful payment.
Automatic payments and saved cards
When you save a card to a billing profile, you authorize Cloudrah to charge that card automatically for each invoice issued to that billing profile on its due date, and to retry a failed charge a limited number of times. The first card saved to a billing profile becomes its default; you can change the default card, remove cards or pay an invoice manually at any time from your billing pages. Removing the last saved card ends automatic payments for that billing profile. We email the billing contact when an automatic charge fails so it can be settled another way.
Overdue invoices and suspension
If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, we send reminders and may suspend the services it covers after the grace period shown in your workspace. A suspended server is powered off and a suspended website or application stops being served; data is retained for the retention period in our Privacy Policy. Services resume automatically once every overdue invoice for the project is paid, unless they were suspended for another reason. Repeated or prolonged non-payment may lead to termination of the affected services.
Acceptable use and enforcement
You must not use Cloudrah services to send spam, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, attack other systems, mine cryptocurrency without written agreement, host unlawful content or otherwise harm Cloudrah, its clients or third parties. Misuse of Cloudrah services, such as fraud, spam, or other abuse, will result in suspension or termination of the affected services or your account, or other action Cloudrah deems appropriate, including reporting to the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
Project requests
A project request starts a review and discovery process. It does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance, reserve delivery capacity, approve a budget, or authorize Cloudrah to begin work. Work begins only after the parties accept a separate proposal, statement of work, order, or other written agreement.
Confidentiality and NDAs
A request is not automatically covered by a nondisclosure agreement. You may request Cloudrah’s standard mutual NDA before sharing sensitive discovery material. Confidentiality obligations apply only when contained in an executed agreement or otherwise required by applicable law.
Availability and decisions
Cloudrah may limit, waitlist, decline, or pause new requests based on capacity, technical fit, legal requirements, sanctions, security concerns, or commercial considerations. Estimated response dates are targets and are not service-level commitments unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided as described in your agreement and, where no agreement covers a point, as they are. To the extent permitted by law, Cloudrah is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss, loss of profit, loss of data you did not back up, or interruptions caused by your own code, third parties or events outside our reasonable control, and our total liability for a service is limited to the amounts you paid for that service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Existing agreements
If you already have a signed Cloudrah agreement, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms. Applicable consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. For material changes we notify account holders through the workspace or by email before they take effect, and continuing to use Cloudrah after that date means you accept the updated terms.
